For teens who want real progress this summer:
- Structured weekly progression
- Consistent group (limited to 10 atheletes) + coaching

Schedule: Mon/Tue/Thu @ 11:00 AM
Price: $315 (7 Week Program - June 15th - July 31st)
For busy schedules or newer athletes:
- Same coaching + programming
- Flexible attendance that mimics our school year offerings
- Build strength, confidence, and consistency
Schedule: Monday - Thursday @ 7:00 PM
